Class Description

Perfect if you’ve done a few classes and want to develop your knowledge and understanding of yoga. This class continues to emphasise the fundamentals of hatha yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing the class in a slightly more challenging way. We will explore standing postures, back bends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and more as we build strength, flexibility and awareness. Level: Beginner/Intermediate Classes will start with some breath work and then move onto asanas (postures). After exploring these different poses, the class will finish with savasana (relaxation), usually a guided meditation to completely relax and restore, leaving you feeling calm and revived.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, please do so up to 4 hours before the class begins to allow another person to attend. If you cancel your class, your class purchase will be saved and go towards another session that month. I'm afraid no refunds are available.
