Gentle Flow - Yoga for Beginners

Perfect if you are new to yoga or have been away for a while! This class combines a blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breathwork to relax the body and de-stress the mind. The pace of the class is structured, gentle and mindful. We will explore standing postures, back bends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and more as we build strength, flexibility and awareness. Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana). Every fourth week is Yin Yoga for this session. Please bring your own mat.
To cancel or reschedule a class, please do so up to 4 hours before the class begins to allow another person to attend. If you cancel your class, your class purchase will be saved and go towards another session that month. I'm afraid no refunds are available.
