Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to explore and find out about my yoga classes.
I have always enjoyed keeping myself fit and active, however my focus has changed over the last few years as I have noticed my body needing more stretching, strengthening and mindful focus to compliment the other training that I do.
I first tried yoga about 6 years ago to stretch and relax my body and have been hooked ever since. The benefits are many, uplifting me both mentally and physically, restoring calm from the potential stresses of daily life.
I teach mainly Hatha yoga to adults, teens and children as well as Yin Yoga which I am very passionate about. In July 2022 I will be attending Yoga for Menopause training which I look forward to sharing with you.
All my classes are fun, functional, relaxed, inclusive, and a completely ego-free experience. There is no need to be flexible: yoga is not about touching your toes or making fancy shapes, but about learning to move your body safely, and improving your flexibility and strength class by class.
